Keeping The Weather Out

We're stalled for a couple of weeks while we wait for the windows to show up.  Even so, the roof is on, the house is mostly wrapped and the openings are temporarily tarped.  yay!

Topping Out

Otherwise known as the Ridge Party.  A Norwegian Tradition to celebrate the final framing of a house.  Climb atop the ridge beam and have a beer.  Which i did!

After some delay and a builder change, things are moving along again.  Here we are now, foundation drains in, back-filled and ready for basement slab and deck footings!
